Ideal CAD Studio started in 2019 in Sargodha, Pakistan, because Amjad Hussain and Asad Ullah kept seeing the same problem from opposite sides of the bench: designers who could make a beautiful render, and casters who couldn't actually cast it. They built the studio to close that gap every file modeled the way a caster would need it, not just the way it looks on screen. With years of experience in 3D jewelry modeling and CAD design, their leadership ensures every project meets a high standard of precision, quality, and functionality.

Three principles that shape every file we deliver and answer the questions we get asked most.

Production-first, always

We model from the caster's side of the bench — wall thickness, shrinkage, stone seats — so the piece that casts matches the piece you approved. A render that looks right and a file that casts right are not the same thing, and we build for the second one.

Your design stays yours

Custom work is never resold, reused, or added to our library. NDAs are available on every custom project, signed before you send a single reference image, no extra cost.

Fast, reliable communication

Quotes within two hours, most days. Working hours overlap comfortably with the USA, Mexico, Europe and the Gulf, so you're never waiting a full day for a one-line answer.

Why "casting-ready" actually means something here

Most CAD studios stop at the render. We check every file against real casting physics before it's sent — wall thickness by alloy, shrinkage allowance for your metal, watertight mesh, stone seats sized to your actual stone list. It's the difference between a file that impresses in a screenshot and one your caster runs without calling you back. That standard is why jewelers who order once tend to keep ordering.
