All products on our store are digital 3D jewelry designs, STL/3DM files, and other downloadable content. Because of the nature of digital products, sales are considered final once a file has been delivered or accessed.

No returns or refunds

We don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital products after successful delivery or download. Once a file has been accessed, it can't be returned. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Free minor revisions

If you're not fully satisfied with a minor aspect of your design, we offer free revisions, including:

Stone or gemstone size adjustments
Prong style changes
Small proportion or texture tweaks

We revise until you're fully satisfied, at no extra cost.

Charged major revisions

Changes that go beyond the original brief will incur additional charges, including:

Changing stone or gemstone shape
Structural or concept design changes
Significant model rebuilding
All additional charges are confirmed with you before that work begins.

Undelivered orders

If your order hasn't been delivered within the agreed timeframe, you're entitled to a full refund.

When we'll help exceptions for customer satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. We'll step in and make things right in these cases:

Your file is corrupted or won't open
You received the wrong or incomplete file
Any technical issue that happened on our end

In these situations, we'll re-deliver the correct files or find another solution once we've verified the issue.

What isn't covered

Change of mind after purchase
Software incompatibility or not knowing how to open the file format
Issues caused by third-party software or your own system
Custom or personalized designs created to your specific requirements

Custom design services

Custom design work is non-refundable once the design process has started or files have been shared with you every custom piece is built specifically for your project, so it can't be resold or reused elsewhere.
