All products available on our store are digital items, including but not limited to 3D jewellery designs, STL/3DM files, and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the files are delivered or accessed.

No Returns or Refunds

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital products after successful delivery or download.
• Digital files cannot be returned once they have been accessed.

Exceptions for Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Support will be provided in the following cases:

• Files are corrupted or not opening
• Incorrect or incomplete files were delivered
• Technical issues caused from our side

In such cases, we will re-deliver the correct files or provide an appropriate solution after verification.

Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind after purchase
• Software incompatibility or lack of technical knowledge
• Issues arising from third-party software or systems
• Custom or personalized digital designs created according to client specifications

Custom Design Services

All custom-designed digital products are non-refundable once the design process has started or files have been shared, as they are created specifically for the client.
