Every file from Ideal CAD Studio is digital STL, 3DM, or other CAD formats. We don't ship physical products, and no packaging or courier is involved at any stage.
How you receive your files
Once payment is confirmed, files are delivered by instant download, email, or WhatsApp — whichever is fastest for your order. Please double-check your contact details at checkout so nothing gets delayed on our end.
Custom design delivery
For custom 3D jewelry designs, we confirm your delivery timeline directly with you once your reference is reviewed. Revisions are included within the agreed scope of your package, so your file is right before it reaches you.
How we communicate
We're reachable by email and WhatsApp, but WhatsApp is our primary channel it's faster for sharing references, previews, and final files back and forth.
Payment methods
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Binance, and Payoneer. If you run into any issue with a payment a failed transaction, a delay, or anything unclear message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out directly.
Refunds
Because our files are digital and delivered instantly, refunds aren't available once a file has been sent except where there's a genuine technical issue or file corruption on our end. If that happens, contact us and we'll make it right.
