Our services
We provide 2D and 3D CAD jewelry design, CAD/CAM file preparation, and custom jewelry modeling. All designs are delivered as STL and 3DM files, suitable for casting and 3D printing. No physical items are shipped at any stage. All prices are listed in USD.
How to order
Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or email. Once your reference is reviewed, we'll confirm the scope, price, and estimated delivery time before any work begins.
Delivery timelines
Most designs are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. More complex designs may take up to 72 hours depending on the level of detail required. Delivery timelines are confirmed individually for each project based on complexity.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Payoneer, Western Union, and Binance. Full payment is required in advance before work begins on a custom design, and in all cases, final files are only delivered once payment is complete in full. For any payment issues, message us directly on WhatsApp at +92 322 1226120.
Revision policy
Free revisions cover minor changes stone size adjustments, prong changes, and small proportion tweaks and are included until you're fully satisfied.
Charged revisions apply to major changes, such as changing the stone shape, altering the overall design structure, or any significant rebuilding of the model. Any additional charges are confirmed with you before that work begins.
Custom design orders For custom design services, full payment is required in advance before work begins. We provide revisions within the agreed scope of your package to make sure the final file meets your requirements. Delivery timelines are confirmed individually and depend on the complexity of your request.
Ready-made library files
Design Library files are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation and come with a commercial license, as described on the product page.
Design ownership
All custom design files belong exclusively to you upon full payment. We never reuse, resell, or share your designs without your written permission.
Sales are final
Because our products are digital, all sales are final once a custom project has started or a file has been delivered except where there's a genuine technical issue on our end, such as a corrupted or incorrect file. See our Download & Delivery Policy for more on this.
Confidentiality
Custom designs shared with us for quoting or production are treated as confidential. We don't resell, reuse, or add your custom designs to our portfolio or library. An NDA is available on request before you share reference material.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep pricing, descriptions, and turnaround estimates accurate and current, but details may change without notice. If something looks unclear or outdated, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the current details before you order.
Intellectual property
The content on this website including text, images, renders, and site design belongs to Ideal CAD Studio unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to disrupt, misuse, hack or interfere with how the site operates.
Governing terms
Ideal CAD Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
